A Visit with One of the Many CLT

What
a GREAT IDEA!!! The Friday night Great Idea Fair and Exhibitor
Extravaganza was a huge success. We were led into the exhibit hall
by the Sudden Impact Drum Line of the Redan High Marching Band from
DeKalb County after we finished up the business of the organization.
Thirty-five PTAs shared ideas from their priority reports. Over
eighty exhibitors were open for our delegates to visit - we sampled
fudge, smoothies, and cookies from our exhibitors. We had amazing
samples from Le Cordon Bleu College and Jason's Deli. The fair was
set with lots of local entertainment, cotton candy, and activities
along with hena tattoos, student created pottery and the dancing
bobble head. By the end of the evening we were all smiling and exhausted.
A special thank you to those units that shared their information
with other leaders to help strengthen their PTAs.
