Membership cards are not
distributed to PTAs/PTSA if:
- 2008-2009 incoming officers have not been submitted
to the state office. This information may be submitted
online by clicking here.
- 2007-2008 membership dues were not paid.

Printing
Membership Cards
Click
here to download the 2008-2009 Membership Card Template (Word
document). Note: You may need
to adjust the margins under Page Setup, as results vary from printer
to printer. You should test your settings on photocopies
to minimize waste of your membership cards. Once
your are satisfied with the results, test your settings again by
loading ONE sheet of membership cards into your printer. Your
PTA will be charged for misprinted cards.
Additional
Membership Cards
In order to receive additional
membership cards, the state office must receive dues for 75% of
those already received for 2007-2008. Submit dues using the Dues
Transmittal form.
Complete the additional
membership card form and fax or mail to the state office.

If you attended Convention/Leadership Training
July 11-12, you have received your Membership
Card Packet including your local unit's membership cards, (based
upon 2007-2008 membership), a Leadership Resource Guide, and a Reflections
poster. You are ready to begin the 2008-2009 membership

Membership Card pick up for local units in
Districts 10 and 11 will be Monday, July 28 - Wednesday, July 30
at the state office. Click
here for directions. If you are in District 10 or 11
and cannot pick up your cards, Leadership Resource Guide and Reflections
poster from the state office, you may request that they be
mailed. Your request and shipping/handling charge of $10 must
be received in advance. Click

If you are not in District 10 or 11,
check the distribution list below to see who has your membership
cards and resource guide. Your district director or council
president may have your cards; in some cases, the membership cards have
been mailed.
