ORDER TICKETS BY NOV 1ST

The Falcons and Georgia PTA have teamed up for a day of family fun, Sunday, December 15th as the Atlanta Falcons battle the Washington Redskins.  Kickoff at 1pm.

PTA members and their families may purchase upper level $55 regularly priced tickets for only $50 per ticket.  And it gets even better…Your PTA will receive $5 from every ticket purchased!

ADVANTAGES OF PTA PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT:

Local Unit PTAs/PTSAs will receive $5.00 from every ticket purchased!

Five Local Unit PTAs/PTSAs will be randomly selected for the opportunity to allow two people from their school to receive pre-game sideline passes and the opportunity to be in the player tunnel during player introductions!

Offers entertainment that entire families can enjoy [promotes “Family Engagement” – one of Georgia PTA’s Strategic Initiatives].

How to Obtain Parent Ticket Order Form to Order Tickets

Download and print a copy of the ticket order form in PDF format.

• You need access to a printer  and the Adobe Acrobat Reader software .  The form is 1 page.
• The ticket form is formatted for letter size paper (8.5″ x 11″).    If your printer can not accommodate this,  select “shrink to fit” when the  Adobe Acrobat Reader “Print” dialog box appears.

How to Obtain Local Unit Ticket Order Form to Order Tickets

• You need access to a printer  and the Adobe Acrobat Reader software .  The form is 1 page.
• The ticket form is formatted for letter size paper (8.5″ x 11″).    If your printer can not accommodate this,  select “shrink to fit” when the  Adobe Acrobat Reader “Print” dialog box appears.
• This is also a fill-able version of the ticket order form.  It will allow you to type the needed  information into the form using your keyboard.  You will still need to print,  sign and mail the form.   Otherwise, it works the same as stated above.

DEADLINE TO PURCHASE:

November 1, 2013 (Tickets are limited and will sell out quickly-only 600 available).  All tickets will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
