We want to make sure you are all aware of the new updates regarding the School of Excellence Program. Schools have to complete the Family-School Partnership Scan to stay in the program and the deadline has been extended to December 6th. There were many schools that had some trouble getting the scan online and we didn’t want anyone to stress about getting this done by November 15th because they were not able to access. The web address to the portal is http://pta.org/excellencetools . This is for schools to submit their scan and will remain open until all schools that wish to complete the scan have had the opportunity to do so.

Schools should submit their scan online at http://pta.org/excellencetools . Once they complete their scan online, the email that enrolled their PTA into the program will receive a PDF link of their Roadmap immediately. If they don’t receive the Roadmap via email immediately, they need to check their SPAM or JUNK folder or ask the person who enrolled to check their email.
