Georgia PTA will host its 112th Annual Convention and Leadership Training (CLT) on June 5–6, 2026, at Mill Creek Middle School in Woodstock, Georgia.
The annual statewide event brings together PTA leaders, volunteers, educators, and advocates for two days of leadership development, networking, and official association business.
This year's theme, Inspire, Lead, Achieve: A Road Map to Success, highlights Georgia PTA's commitment to equipping local leaders with practical tools and resources to support students, families, and school communities.
Convention sessions will focus on key areas of PTA leadership, including advocacy, membership growth, financial management, governance, family engagement, communications, and program implementation. Training opportunities are designed to support both experienced leaders and incoming officers preparing for the 2026–2027 school year.
The event will also serve as the official business meeting of the Association, where delegates from local PTAs across Georgia will participate in voting and organizational business in accordance with Georgia PTA bylaws.
Featured speakers include U.S. Congresswoman Lucy McBath as keynote speaker, along with Rachel Kinsaul, Georgia Teacher of the Year; Michael Caldwell, Mayor of Woodstock; and Mary Elizabeth Davis, Superintendent of Cherokee County Schools.
Convention and Leadership Training is open to current and incoming PTA board members, committee chairs, school administrators, educators, and PTA members interested in strengthening their leadership and advocacy skills.
Registration is currently open. Additional event details, schedules, and updates are available through Georgia PTA communications and on the Georgia PTA website.
